How do I know if my roof needs repair or replacement?
Signs include leaks, missing or cracked tiles/shingles, sagging areas, water stains on ceilings, or a roof that is more than 20–25 years old.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1–3 days, depending on the roof size, weather conditions, and materials used.
Jobs vary in time depending on the amount of work needed to be done, if it’s a flat roof replacement we can get these small flat roofs done in 1-2 days, if it’s a pitch roof replacement one one side this can take 3-5 days, if it’s a full roof replacement this can take 7-14 days. However if it’s just a repair we’ll be able to complete these in a day.
How much does a new roof cost?
The price depends on the roof size, materials, labour, and complexity. A professional inspection is usually required to provide an accurate quote.
Do you provide free roof inspections or estimates?
We offer free inspections and quotes before starting your work.
Many customers ask if quotes are free. Good news for you is that we don’t charge for a quote, all you have to do is call us, explain your problem and we’ll come out to you and inspect your roof.
